Experience
​
Prior to Hart Rad LLP, Romin spent five years as Associate General Counsel, Real Estate for Cypress Creek Renewables, an industry leading solar developer. At Cypress Creek, Romin was responsible for negotiating and closing a multitude of high-value renewable energy projects.
Prior to Cypress Creek, Romin began his legal career at Panda Restaurant Group, where he worked on all phases of real estate transactions, including due diligence review, ground leases, space leases, purchases and licensing agreements.
In addition to his legal career, Romin has represented buyers, sellers and borrowers in real estate transactions as a licensed California broker.
