• Represent leading renewable energy investment firm in the due diligence of prospective project investments.

• Represented leading renewable energy developer in: 

  • Joint venture involving the simultaneous sale, construction financing and tax equity financing of a tranche of North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas projects totaling approximately 575 MW.

  • Construction, permanent and tax equity financing of a group of eight (8) community solar facilities in Minnesota valued at over $500,000 million.

  • Sale of multiple facilities in North Carolina and New York that netted developer over $75 million.

  • Negotiation of lucrative asset management agreement with major infrastructural investment firm.

  • Negotiation of multiple MIPAs and asset purchase agreements.

• Represented Fortune 20 telecommunications provider in: 

  • Negotiation of master lease agreement with largest real estate developer in Southern California for client’s leasing of raw land, indoor space and rooftop space for the deployment of millions of dollars of telecommunications assets throughout Orange County.

  • Negotiation of complex, highly technical license agreements for the installation and operation of internal distributed antenna systems in several high-profile venues.  

  • Negotiation of license agreement between client and other major telecom provider for the shared use of distributed antenna systems.

  • Negotiation of several template lease agreements with governmental agencies.

  • Conducted high volume of real estate due diligence in connection with client’s $28.1 billion purchase of competing telecom provider.

• Represented major automotive tire manufacturer in the build-to-suit lease of a corporate office and distribution center complex measuring approximately 215,000 square feet in San Bernardino County, California.

• Assisted the State of South Carolina in the leasing of excess broadband spectrum to major broadband communication provider.
