Experience

Marshall has special expertise in the renewables and telecommunications industries, having represented leading renewables developers and telecommunications providers in all project phases, from origination to asset management.
​
In addition to real estate, Marshall assists his clients with general commercial matters, such as corporate formation, contract negotiation and legal troubleshooting.
​
Prior to founding Hart Rad LLP, Marshall served as Senior Real Estate Counsel for Cypress Creek Renewables, a leading renewable energy developer based in Santa Monica, California.
​
Before Cypress Creek, Marshall was an Associate in the Real Estate practice group of McGuireWoods LLP, an AmLaw 100 international law firm.
​
Marshall began his legal career with a boutique real estate firm that has since been acquired by Baker Donelson.
